Welcome to our website.Northumbrian Developments Limited (NDL) is a NEESPR approved (North East England Service Provider Register) consultancy operating in a number of different fields; principally:
- Management consultancy - working in the main with companies operating in the renewable heat sector, we advise on a wide range of issues and undertake a variety of projects on behalf of our clients. Recent projects include: Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) applications; design & implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) systems; Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations compliance, strategic planning and development
Renewables consultancy - sometimes we find that clients simply need to speak to someone who understands the various different renewable heating systems - heat pumps, biomass boilers, solar panels, etc - to make sense of what is going to work best in their particular property, and ensure that they will work efficiently alongside (or instead of) your current heat source. We will work with you to help you to choose the system that works best for your property and lifestyle, then talk to potential suppliers to ensure you get the right system at the right price. Finally, we'll work with your chosen supplier(s) to ensure that whatever combination of systems you have chosen work together to provide you with a heating system that does everything you expected of it.
- Waste management - we are involved with a number of companies looking at innovative ways to recycle food waste into valuable fertiliser for agricultural and horticultural markets.
- Project management - managing construction projects on behalf of clients we work alongside them to ensure that projects are delivered on
time and on budget - and that the
delivered project fully meets the client's requirements.
